Yes, I joined on 15th of August 2020 but only started playing consistently after the last survival reset on the 14th of May 2021.

All my punishments consist of joke punishments and me testing out how to execute Helper commands for the first time.

What do you think your reputation is like within the community?
I think I have a positive reputation within the community, especially within the survival community. I genuinely love socialising with chat and enjoy maintaining a friendly relationship with players.
Being a Helper has given me opportunities to make friends from other game modes I don’t frequent. I truly appreciate learning from the other staff members and befriending them through various staff communication channels.
Within the survival community, I try my best to be approachable, kind and helpful to everyone I interact with. I am glad to be someone the survival community looks to for help with problems and queries. I take much delight in doing my best to solve them.
Overall, I make an effort to exemplify how a good Helper should act and behave and hope that comes across to others.
Why are you interested in the role and what motivated you to apply?
I love playing survival and am incredibly happy to serve the community as a Helper. I enjoy spending time with everyone and am passionate about maintaining the server as a safe space to have fun and play minecraft fairly.
Additionally, I encounter situations which I cannot deal with personally and have to seek for a Jmod+ to aid me. Even though the individual gets the help they need, I desire to aid them personally and yearn to do more to help players. Getting the Junior Moderator role will help me do more for the community that I truly love and enjoy being a part of.
Out of 10 (with 10 being very knowledgeable), how would you rate your knowledge on moderating a community?
I would rate myself an 8. I have been a Helper for close to half a year now and have experience in moderating survival chat as well as some discord communities in the past. I understand how to classify and punish players who violate chat rules fairly quickly. I have also dealt with sensitive and tough situations in the past however, I am capable of acting maturely and respectfully. With confidence, I can say that I can handle these situations, if they were to arise again.
I gave myself -2 as I tend to be on the stricter side and be more rigid with rules. However, I am learning to be more lenient with enforcing rules and am always observing and learning how other staff members handle different situations. I also think there is always an opportunity for growth and welcome feedback in order to become more effective in moderating the survival community.
Out of 10 (with 10 being very knowledgeable), what would you rate your knowledge on Minecraft hacks and cheats, including finding and identifying cheaters?
I would rate myself a 7. I gave myself this rating as I do not have much experience identifying hackers. However, I did my own research and have learnt from my staff friends on how to correctly identify what types of hacks some cheaters are using.
I gave myself -3 as I believe there is always potential to develop myself, learn more about the different hacks and identify them accurately in an efficient manner. I am also very receptive to feedback from fellow staff members and will correct myself if need be.
