I have over 890 subs and i would like to apply for youtube rank. AGe 15 eastern timezone and i have good quality videos. i would like to apply. my highest viewed video is over 115k views.

Where is this 115k viewed video?
Most videos get around 8 views average
I suggest making some minecraft content, and use the correct format which you can find here:
You don’t have any munchy videos. Your videos are fortnite only. Are you sure your audience would connect to the new type of content you are going to need to make if you get accepted?
You do have a video with a respectful amount of views on it http://prntscr.com/miws7x but then it just drops to 600 views. In the requirements, it clearly states that you need to have an average of 150 views per video.
Also, this isn’t the right format.
Start creating Minecraft content and try to grow your channel before applying.
Make sure you read the requirements for the rank before you apply so you could actually have a chance of getting accepted.
