I assume this message applies for this idea aswell.
Also, about the “progression” of purgatory, there is none. Most people just mine stone for a few days/weeks and then get unbanned. You’re not supposed to be going and beating the dragon.
All that you need to complete your quests are in the overworld. (Iron, Diamonds, wood, and stone.)
