Nether deactivated in purgatory?

Why? I’ve recently returned to the gamemode after a long hiatus, and with the nether gone it stunts progression of purgatory. Any possibility of the nether reopening?

Let me give you a quick rundown of my experience with the Purgatory: The Purgatory is not a game mode, and it is very unlikely that any changes to it (Except for game-breaking bugs) would be done to it. It is a place where one could show how much he genuinely cares about the server by completing tasks that take hours to complete to get a chance at playing Munchy again. Think of it as a physical ban appeal. Why do I believe no changes should be added to the current purgatory? Because I genuine…

I assume this message applies for this idea aswell.
Also, about the “progression” of purgatory, there is none. Most people just mine stone for a few days/weeks and then get unbanned. You’re not supposed to be going and beating the dragon.
All that you need to complete your quests are in the overworld. (Iron, Diamonds, wood, and stone.)

Purgatory is fine as it is.

Purgatory = Hell.
Hell = Nether.
