How active can you be per week?
I can be online generally every weekday for 2-3 hours and can be online on weekends for 8-10 hours. But I can always be contacted when offline via Discord as I have it setup on the majority of my devices.
When did you join MunchyMC and what made you stay?
I first logged into Munchy in early February of 2019 and I couldn’t leave. The first game mode I joined was survival where I was immediately welcomed and submerged into the community not as a player but a part of the MunchyMC family. One of the main reasons I stayed was because of the amount of dedicated players and staff members that loved the game. That connection that the staff team and the players had with each other and the game was amazing and just watching everyone working side by side, helping, and caring for each other was what motivated me to want to join the staff team to keep that connection in place.
Do you have any punishments on our network? If so; please describe your side of story:
I am ashamed of what I did but I do have one punishment on the server. This punishment was for using a clicking modifier on the Kitpvp server during a duel against one of my friends. I have since then fully admitted to my mistake and am always striving to prove that I can be trusted. I understand that I lost a lot of trust from the people I have gotten to call my friends and the community as a whole and I have to live with that, but I hope that the players and staff as a whole can see and trust that it won’t happen again. And I will make sure that it won’t. (For clarification, this punishment was around 2 months after joining Munchy.)
Do you have any past moderating experience? If so, briefly describe it:
I have had a small variety of moderating on different Minecraft servers. My moderation positions consisted from being a helper on some small time servers to even owning my own server (Well, at least trying 
) Over the time that I have been in the positions I have acquired the necessary skill set to become a moderator for the server.
Do you have any anticheat experience?
I do not have really have experience with anticheats as the servers I moderated on did not have one but I have the general understanding of how they work and I am always willing to learn how to function with them.

I have also reported other cheaters and chat offenders in-game to online moderators who gathered proof and punished the cheaters accordingly.
What have you contributed to MunchyMC so far as a non-staff member?
As a non-staff member, I try to help with players with in-game and, personal problems whenever there is an opportunity to do so. Even if its a simple question about claiming or even lending a helping hand in a build, I always try to the best of my abilities to help however I can. I believe that first impressions are everything and when a new player joins, I always try to welcome them to set the example for the community and to show the player that the community has got their back.
How will MunchyMC benefit from your presence on our staff team?
From what I’ve learned over the years not just from Minecraft but in the real world is that teams tend to succeed for one reason, because everyone has a skillset that carries the team to the end and teams that just have people with all of the same skills tend to overlap each other and they fall behind. I know that I can be a part of that team where everyone brings something new to the table, and I believe that what I can bring will help to continue the trend of succession in the staff team. As a staff member I am able to provide leadership, communication between the staff team the the player base, and overall bring a new perspective to the team. I believe that I have the basic experience as a moderator so I am able to quickly learn the way of the Munchy staff team and find my place serving the community.
How do you work when in a team?
Working in a team is when I find that I work best. This extends not from the video game world but to real life. During the school year I am apart of many different teams from my team for a group class project to working on the school paper and what I’ve gathered from those teams is that if someone doesn’t do their part, the whole team fails. I believe that when I work in a team I am able to listen to what my team has, communicate issues and ideas, finish work efficiently and when I’m stuck I feel comfortable bouncing ideas off of them because I know that everyone else will give their honest answers and opinions which is what teams strive on, honesty.
What do you think is the hardest hack to detect and why?
Over my time in Minecraft I’ve seen many different hacks but the one that I believe to be the hardest to detect is anti-blind. This hack bypasses the blindness potion effect but is only client side. When the cheater uses this hack you are still able to see the potion effect bubbles coming from the player and it ultimately looks like they have the effect. The only way you could really tell if someone was using this hack was if they were doing it obviously for an example, in Kitpvp there is a kit that blinds the opposing player, if you watched the cheater for long enough, you may be able to see them blatantly targeting someone that is using the blinding kit.
If you have applied for staff on our network before, why were you turned down? How have you worked to improve on your previous reason for denial?
I have applied in the past two times (hopefully this is my last), both which had been denied for lack of maturity. I believe that I have come a long way since then and that I have a matured greatly and I look forward to seeing what the community thinks.
