Description:
The Penguin is able to use its ice block to freeze an opponent for 3 seconds so they may get off as much damage as possible on said player, but have a chance of failing to kill them. After use, the ice block has a cooldown of 50 seconds before it is available to the player again. Penguins also are faster when underwater. They are granted Speed V when in water and can run around for a while because they have water breathing. They are far from being as powerful as the Fish when it’s in water, but are still stronger compared to most other kits.
