KitPvP [1.8+] Deflector

Deflector is inspired by Cactus and Karma.

Deflector
Equipment:
Full Leather -Armor in Yellow with Protection 3 and Unbreaking 30.
Diamond Sword.
Description:
Unlike Cactus, this Kit relies only on others attacking this Kit to do damage.
25% of the Raw damage is received from the attacker, in which 25% is reserved for the attacker.
The other 50% go to players in 10 blocks range.
Raw damage is dealt damage, that is has not been affected by armor and protections.
Should there be no one else in range, Deflector gets 75% of that damage.
Those 50% are equally put on everyone around. (except the attacker)
Deflected damage can’t be deflected to elsewhere again. (Thorns counts as deflected)
Fall damage can be deflected up to 33%. (receiving only 67%)
Does not deflect Poison damage or other status effect damages.
Natural Enemies: Titan, Slingshot, Viper, Archer, Cactus, Engine Breaker.
A Counter to: Titan, Slingshot, Viper, Teams.
Possible Bugs: When standing near the spawn while being attacked, multiple red lines per hit can appear.

Tips and Tricks: Don’t sneak, when Titan hits you, it’s stomp is not counted a deflected, because he doesn’t get damaged by falling anyway.

My only concern is that I personally play in 1.7.10, meaning that kits such as this are unplayable for me. I don’t think the kit can be only 1.8+ if the server is also compatible with 1.7.10 :confused:

I’m using 1.8 concept of sharpness, that’s why I write 1.8+.
Cactus is a bit special, because in 1.7, only the chestplate can have thorns, but in 1.8, every piece can have throns and unlike 1.7, only one piece with the thorns enchant is chosen at random.
The sharpness concept of 1.7 may be stronger in lower ones, but it’s weaker in sharpness 5, compared to 1.8+.

I’d also prefer, when the server updates to 1.11.1 or up, keep the 1.8 and below pvp system or create a new 1.8 system using the features given by 1.9 and up.
I heard, most players are playing 1.7 on this server, because of the titles, that aren’t bothering me at all, appearing all the time, which would only be able to bother people, when they are trying to aim with a bow.

There is also a server, which is on 1.12 and lets people on the server, who are still playing 1.10.
The great thing about this is, that 1.10 players are unable to see or touch 1.11 and 1.12 blocks.
Applying this on MunchyMC would let the world stay in 1.7 style, so everyone who can’t do the jump are not bugging around in the ground or wall, but will get to taste 1.9 combat system without playing 1.9. (if they don’t keep 1.8 and below)
