I think a ban is to much

I got banned today because of my name DjwwGasesJews. I have even talked to DreamOnPvP with the name and he responded and did not say anything about the name.There is also nothing in the rules that say having a bad name is a bannable offense. I feel like it should be a perm mute until i change the name that way people wont see the name that much.
