Currently, stated on the allowed mods and prohibited mods list, it says that

  • OptiFine
  • Armor Status
  • Direction/Coords/Potion effect status
  • Full bright/Modified brightness
  • Better Sprint

are allowed.

It does NOT state that Keystrokes Mod is allowed. Now, it doesn’t give me an unfair advantage or anything, but is Keystrokes Mod (Sk1ers one in specific) allowed on the server?

Yes, the keystrokes mod is allowed. Any mods that give you an unfair advantage is not allowed, in this case, keystrokes does not give any advantages.
