How I found Munchy: I’d been watching BBH since hacker banning from 2016 (from what I remember the first video I watched was the ultimate hacker test) but never joined the server until 2021 when I wanted to participate in a Saturday Stream and since then I’ve been in about 80% of the streams as someone who gets bullied by him

How did I discover Munchy: used to main invadedlands, then found out about munchy through the streams of the manager on that server. Sticked around for a while, got jmod, and now i own the server (i cant unfortunately give myself the rank for free tho i forgor the password for console)

i found skeppy’s channel in like january 2020 and i started binge watching his videos during the pandemic. i saw him and bad playing in munchy but i mainly would play on only skeppy’s server and eventually some woolwars
i only really started playing on munchy in mid 2022 when prison map9 launched cause i was like ooh this is cool i could meet some people here (also i’d played map8 for like 2 hours a long time ago and i thought it was pretty neat, i barely remember any of it tho)

How did you discover MunchyMc: Unlike other people who discovered this server from famous yters such as bbh or skeppy, I actually first joined this server because I used to be addicted to a minigame called Maze Runner and I discovered that MunchyMc had this minigame too after the original server (I forgot the name) that had this said minigame shut down. After MunchyMc also removed this minigame I decided to check out their other gamemodes. And back then, none of them really intrigued me, not even prison. A year later, I decided to try out their prison server again, starting in map 7 (I technically started in map 6 but I personally don’t count it as I didn’t play much of it at all). To my surprise, I actually started to have fun with it, discovering all the new items and features it offered. I continued to play onto map 8, but quit after another player raided one of my cells that I forgot to rerent and had all my valuable items in it. Another but almost year later, I came back on this server once again, this time on late map 8r. I pretty much grinded the hell out of this map until it resetted mostly because I had nothing better to do lol. However, I’ll always be glad and grateful that I did what I did back then because it resulted in making new friends on this server. This trend continued onto map 9, where I made even more friends. And now, I play prison almost every day!

I was a kitpvp moderator during the last few months on McPvP’s existence in early 2015. BBH was an admin on that server so I already knew him at that point and had worked with him before. Similarly, Callahan was a fellow mod and a friend and fbm (Munchy’s anticheat developer at the time) was a good friend and somewhat of my mentor in the McPvP days.
Unlike those guys, I took a little break from Minecraft after McPvP shut down and didn’t immediately join the Munchy team. When I first joined Munchy a few months later, Callahan spotted me, gave me a tour, and insisted I should join the staff team. Because Munchy took over McPvP’s kitpvp, it didn’t take him long to convince me.
With fbm backing his recommendation, Dream accepted my helper application a week or two after I first joined Munchy, and a week later I was promoted to mod. Later that year, I became an Smod and in April 2016, some 8 months after joining Munchy, I was promoted to admin, outranking Callahan who introduced me to Munchy but was still a mod at that time.

Eventually I stumbled across Munchy and decided to give it a go. I immediately resonated with the kindness of the community, met some amazing friends, and have ultimately stayed ever since!

When I played on Skeppy’s server, I had a little fun, but it came with the price of a negative community. So, I switched over to Munchy after hearing all good things about it. 0 regrets.
