It just registered to me that you mention the Ramger’s Apprentice series!! I read through the first few books of that series, it is pretty good!!
- whispers five nights at freddys fazbear frights #5
*
dude I read that in 3rd grade and I couldn’t stop crying, I read it again a few years later and then I still cried
I’m not much of a reader anymore but hands down my favorite books are the maze runner series; probably the only books I ever finished.
I have 3 books that I’ve read due to my literature class this year, all of them being extremely well made and just amazing to me.
- The Lord Of The Flies.
Yes, I know it sounds childish, but I promise. The book itself is not. It’s made me cry, be devastated, and honestly just left me with a wow after I finished reading it. It may be short but you really get to get a feel of what the characters are experiencing in the book.
- The Chosen.
One of the best books in my opinion. I yet to have read the sequel but this book itself is absolutely amazing. Learn as to how a young boy goes from someone who can’t “see” and transforms into a lifesaver. He meets a special boy that helps him get his “sight” back. This book has a LOT of symbolism. But if you understand the symbolism then you will realise that this story is amazing. The irony in this book is just MUAH beautiful. Honestly, this is probably one of the books that has changed on how I see the real world.
3.Animal Farm.
It’s a very good book, a lot of twists and turns, and shows a lot of corruption. Many things happen in this book buy it’s honestly just pure amazement.
- (Currently Reading) Great Expectations.
This book so far has been a pleasure to read, even though I might not know what it holds, my teacher makes it sound like a very interesting book.
(This is just a series I read a long time ago, but still read it due to the fact that Rick Riordans books are very entertaining and really want to keep the reader reading.)
The Percy Jackson Series.
I can’t explain it, but this series is just magnificent. Rick Riordan is one of the best authors I have seen in my lifetime.
I LOVED all of these books:
Percy Jackson/Heroes of Olympus (stan nico)
Goosebumps series
Hunger Games
The Call of the Wild
Among the Hidden - Probably my favorite book series to this day. It’s about a boy who was the 3rd born child in his family. Children like him are called ‘shadow children’ In this world, you can only have 2 children, or the 3rd will be killed by the Population Police and yada yada. It’s about how he has to live among his family and (more stuff I can’t say because it’s a spoiler) but ITS SO FREAKING GOOD
I do have to warn you though, there’s a lot of violence in this series, so if you aren’t into that then I wouldn’t recommend it.
(Many don’t know this)
The Warlock505 Rap
There’s a dope series of books I used to read called ‘Skullduggery pleasant’, I would definitely give it a read if you have the time xD
The Outsiders was really something that interested 7th grade me.
The Stand by Stephen King; if you want something that’s just funny, Brain Droppings by George Carlin.
when I used to read a lot, The Outsiders was my all time favorite. I just feel like it conveys so much emotion and such, but the last time I read it was 3-ish years ago so I don’t really know anymore tbh.
Aurora Rising, Strange the Dreamer, Uprooted, Name of the Wind, and the Shadowhunter books are all really great!!! I have a ton more recommendations so lmk if you want more haha
Every book by Rick Riordan.
I would recommend some SCP books! They are super fascinating and fun to read.
Check out also the Outsider! like many people have also told its super good.
Also diary of a wimpy kid is the best I got the whole collection :O
Omg I loved Harry Potter and Percy Jackson but tbh, Captain Underpants on top frfr
What Atterax said haha.
Ahh, I’ve heard of these! They sound good but I’ve never thought to actually read them. Will definitely give them a try.
Are the Shadowhunter books by Garth Nix? I’m sure I remember reading and enjoying the first one in the series and didn’t know there were more.
Garth Nix is one of my favourite authors, and another recommendation that I have is The Abhorsen Chronicles.
Edit: Oh no they aren’t. Well, I don’t remember the name of the book I read ages ago but I know it was good and by Garth Nix.
Honestly, it’s great, but at this point theres like 11 or 12 books xD
It’s not really 1 or 2 specific genres but rather a mix of like action, thriller, detective drama with magic and wizardry and the main characters just work so well together, and it gets alot more interesting the more books you read as it expands into the huge world and lore and stuff
Rick Riordan is the goat when it comes to books tbh.
Honestly I’ve only read like 2 books to the fullest in my life (I’M A COMPUTER GUY OK I HATE READING), but I really enjoyed them so I will pick ‘Wonder’ by R.J. Palacio and ‘I Funny’ by James Patterson.
