Hallo! I think your builds are great (especially your mushrooms) and you have lots potential, but your builds are not quite on the level the Munchy build team is looking for.
I advise trying out worldedit and voxel as they are very useful tools for a builder, and once you have the hang of them you could try doing something large-scale to really show off your building talents!
