I agree with this… they’re really just wooden swords but break faster. (and of course are a different color)
The only real thing they do is add more variation to the loot table
Also, I’ve already said this but adding onto the “remove … ___” theme please remove unbreakable plants, like the roses on rainbow dream and the tall grass on garden. (There are probably more unbreakable plants, but those are the ones I remember off the top of my head)

I’d prefer for them to be removed as well. In the update opinion poll I did earlier most people also agreed that they either disliked or strongly disliked gold swords being added. I will say, however, that it isn’t a huge deal for me. They are annoying and serve no purpose, but I can live with them.

Golden swords really do not add anything to the game play experience, since wooden & gold swords literally do the same damage anyway. I’d honestly prefer if they removed them.

They haven’t bothered me to much however they don’t really add anything ground breaking. I don’t see any reason to remove them if they aren’t ruining the game.

Gold swords are “ok” since they’re pretty much identical to wood in stats besides the durability, but it is one more item that can be used for pvp. I personally don’t see the reasoning to removing them unless the spawn rate becomes an issue.
