It’s a known bug. If it happens try to contact a member of the event team or higher-ups to come and break the blocks.

If you are not satifised of your tokens spent on TDM, in courtesy the staff can host another event of the players or your choice. This isnt’t guaranteed, they do it in courtesy of your loss of tokens.
EDIT: Forgot to add this, players can also do it, but I wouldnt rely on them the most. Try speaking to one of the amazing staff of Event Members
