My hours are very flexible currently. I am typically active:

I know Munchy already has a broad range of staff time zones. If there’s a particular span needing attention, I’m happy to adjust for better coverage.
Do you have any punishments on our network? If so, please describe your side of story:
I have no punishments on the Munchy network. At most, I’ve been asked by staff to drop a conversation topic, and I did so promptly.
Have you applied for this role before? If so, please explain the steps you have taken to improve as an applicant since your last application:
This is my first time applying for staff.
What do you think your reputation is like within the community?
To my best knowledge, I’m considered generous and helpful, friendly and trustworthy. I may also have a reputation for working harder instead of smarter.
Why are you interested in the role and what motivated you to apply?
While I originally joined Munchy due to the style of SMP, the community in the Survival server has really impressed me. I love the commitment to fairness and friendliness that this server fosters. Its certainly not perfect, but its a positive environment on the internet and I cherish it.
I would like to contribute to that culture and work to preserve it so it can be enjoyed by more people.
Out of 10 (with 10 being very knowledgeable), how would you rate your knowledge on moderating a community?
8 out of 10
I have over 10 years experience as volunteer staff for San Diego Comic-Con, including serving as a mod for their online events d4 and Comic-Con at Home. Additionally, I have 2 years experience modding for a streamer with ~3.7k followers and a Discord with ~800 users. (I would like to leave them anonymous as they have no affiliation with Munchy. I will happily discuss this streamer with any staff who care to inquire.)
While one of these roles is irl and the other is online, both opportunities have allowed me to learn conflict deescalation, team coordination, event planning, and communication skills. During Comic-Con, my job is to host the rooms where panels are held. Most of it is answering questions and giving directions, but a fair portion of it involves explaining to very excited attendees that they need to follow the guidelines of the convention even though the person they admire most. in. the. world is within 20 ft of them. Its a delicate task to uphold the rules without alienating people. I don’t always succeed, but I believe that people’s safety is first, and their fun is valid.
Out of 10 (with 10 being very knowledgeable), what would you rate your knowledge on Minecraft hacks and cheats, including finding and identifying cheaters?
6 out of 10
Its been some years since I’ve messed with modified clients or trying to hack minecraft. I know how to recognize basic, game physics defying things like unranked flight, water walking or invulnerability. I would have said I’m familiar with xray patterns. But with the crate items available, I’m not sure how to differentiate any longer.
Please link us to any hacker reports you have made (recorded and/or reported) on MunchyMC:
The reports I have made have only been through the /report command or Discord posts. I do not have any videos to link yet.
