It just redirects to the homepage when I click it.
log in first and then click on the link
You’re required to log in first to click ‘Support’. If you don’t already have an account, you can easily create one by going to https://www.munchymc.com/ and pressing ‘Register’ in the top-right corner. Follow the steps there to create your account, make sure you’re logged in then complete whatever task you were in the middle of.
