Unfortunately as far as I am aware there are no refunds for sales through the munchy store. Charging back items from a previous purchase may result in a blacklist for your account from the server and the buycraft. Hope this helps
We already gave you the answer on your first ticket, also I wonder why your tickets were closed, maybe because you made like 10 tickets with the same message in the span of 1 minute?
