One thing i’ve noticed is that alot of the staff team are in Private hidden channels where someone who needs help cant see them. I know staff like their privacy but the first thing about being a staff member is to help others. I’ve also noticed staff with no poke and no message so you can’t talk to them.

This is something that used to bother me so much. The only staff on would be the ones with nopoke so I have to sit there and find someone else to annoy and message interesting facts about bugs.
If there appear to be no staff online, you can wait in the Help and Support Channels, and if there are online staff, one should come to help. If not, there are other ways to reach us, like discord, forum messaging, or contacting us in game
Whilst staff may be in hidden channels they are allowed some privacy, and as Serioux said there is help and support channels. If you need a mod or admin you can wait in those channels and a staff member will be there to assist you, or you can always use the community discord to contact staff.
Despite this already being said by Dawn and Serious, I’d just add onto that. Yes, staff members tend to sit in there private rooms for whatever the case might be. However, if someone were to be in help and support someone will always try to assist them to the best of their ability. Unless it’s something very late where timezones occur and no one appears to be on.
Regarding the no poke/message thing, I think staff should at least have one accessible which is their choice. Which is something that should be enforced in my opinion. (:
