A Maleficent Staff – could either be an ultra with UL potential or a legendary. It would do exactly what her staff is known for in the films; breaking that down into Minecraft terms = The staff could give people in a certain radius of the staff drowsiness, slowness, and/or poison for a few seconds.
Maleficent’s Wicked Heels – ultra, has similarities to Snow White Legs. I could see it giving regen if you shift but also a boost of speed and a blue fire animation to surround the tracks that you leave.
Evil Queen’s Poison Apple – when Jack Horner’s bow is used, this could be what replaces apples; just like suspicious stew! When you consume it, a message would appear saying: one bite and all your dreams will come true…
Sebastian’s Shell – A fishing rare/special that you can find. It can boost the sell prices for fish!

I can’t comment on pvp items because I don’t PvP, But i feel like the sebastian shells are pretty underpowered for a special. The fishing meta as it is has you constantly using shreks lucky pole (or just afk). If they allowed you to autosell fish you get (regardless of day) and potentially boosted xp gained from fish drops I could see them being pretty viable though.
Cool ideas nonetheless.
