When I try to buy anything from the Scuttle merchant with /scuttle or the physical NPC, I get a message in chat stating “You don’t have enough of that!” I have plenty of money, and all of the nearby merchants work. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

Scuttle is for selling items TO the NPC for 40% of the cost from /farmer
It is a pawn shop for selling extra farm blocks, which makes buying farm cells much more valuable since the farming blocks retain value - they will never be worth less than 40% of purchasing cost regardless of how many soul sand, etc, is purchased since Scuttle always buys for 40%, but if you want to sell it for more you’ll have to find a player who needs it.
