The whole point of the pvp kit is to have a default pvp feel to it, plus potions are not the default for this kit, it’s soup. But in general, changing this kit in any way seems like a bad idea.
If you want to come up with a whole new kit that includes speed and jump potions, then by all means, but don’t try to change the “default” pvp.
