Prestige Shop Additions

Hey all, just thought I would post some suggestions for additions to the prestige shop. Love the concept of having skills and permanent effects for prestiging this map and wanted to expand on that concept some more. Anyways, here are some of the ideas I’ve come up with so far:

  • Additional mobs added to the Anti-trap/Anti-spider upgrades - these mobs would ignore the player
  • Angler - permanent bait effect (stacks with bait)
  • Herbalist - grows crops faster in a player’s cell when they are in the cell (stacks with Farmer’s Dream)
  • Gambler - Semi-rares and Epic-rares remove the lowest tier reward blocks when slotting and free flight in the casino (flight not active during Casino Royale)
  • Excavator - chance of triple block drops
  • Anti-blindness and Anti-nausea
  • Alchemist - Increase potion effect length (50% increase per level up to 200% duration (triple duration)) and instantly drink potions - works for any potion, but not for fish

I feel that there should also be an infinite amount of upgrades for the looting and sell multiplier perks, but with diminishing returns. For example, once you reach a +40% sell multiplier, the cost of upgrading the perk continues to rise at the same rate, however, the bonus you would receive for each level would then become +2.5% per level instead of +5%. This would allow for people to continue raising their sell multiplier for higher bonuses but would slow the rate at which they reach high sell/looting bonuses.

I want to hear some comments/feedback on if things are too strong/weak and how much each perk should cost.

Idk but I definitely have very little motivation to prestige 'cos I don’t have any interest in the perks left available to me.

I think these are some interesting ideas. I like the idea of having prestige perks for farming and fishing as of rn it feels empty having those absent from the prestige perks. Last map I ended around p12-p13 and my loot bonus was like 50%~ so idk if they’re gonna add more getting 40% on p3 or p4 seems pretty op; maxing out sell bonus also seems like one of the optimal routes to take. As much as they gave us choices they kind of forced ppl to take either loot bonus or sell bonus to be relevant. However I did think about holding my points to get permanent resistance but I don’t pvp enough to make it worth it.

I got an interesting but perhaps controversial idea.

Add higher potion effects… but make them extremely expensive, so much that you would have to prestige several times at a high prestige to get them. This would allow people to specialise in either tanking with something like res 2, or mobility with perm speed 3.

I gather this would be controversial because i’d probably inevitably end up getting several of them… that’s why they need to be expensive, so one person doesn’t end up being an absolute juggernaut and you have to think and commit before you spend your points.

I really like the addition of /pshop and /challenges/skills this map because it allows for players to choose the upgrades that best suit their play style of the game. In addition it would be cool to see new harder challenges be added as well. I fully agree with this post and I hope that they add this in a future update!

u are saying prestige shop isnt good enough? i would prepare for your post to be locked and unlisted within a few hours since certain people cannot take criticism and unlist everything that doesnt fit their thought process.

Never said it wasn’t good enough. Just thought it could use more additions for specialization and expansion, especially considering people are already P6.

+1 This would motivate people who are already prestiged. I love the fishing idea considering the fact that fishing is slower than vanilla even with Lure IV due to the number of resources that the server is using. Maybe two levels of Angler would be nice to speed things up.
