I have some small auto mutes for spam and some joke punishments from a while ago. I will take responsibility for the small mutes for spam while I will never do it again.

What do you think your reputation is like within the community?
Personally, within the community, I feel like I have a good reputation. I am very friendly to many people as well as had a lot of good interactions with players as well as staff. I don’t have a bad history which has led to many great moments with everyone. I have made many new friends as well which has introduced me to many new things throughout the server. I provide support to players who ask questions about the server which I help out and guide them through the steps.
Why are you interested in the role and what motivated you to apply?
I am interested in the ability to be able to help people out as well as keep gameplay for all players as fun as possible. I would like to provide support and the necessary needs to make sure that all goes well within the server. My main goal in applying for this role is to make players enjoy playing to convince them to come back and play some more. Being able to get rid of any bad behavior or any unfair advantages will create a better bond between the player and the server.
Some motivations have been other staff members as well as some community members which have told me that I would be such a great staff member with my many skills of knowledge and self-awareness. Over the last few years, I have gained more and more knowledge which has convinced me to become part of the staff team.
Out of 10 (with 10 being very knowledgeable), how would you rate your knowledge on moderating a community?
I would rate myself a 7/10 for being able to moderate a community. I have a lot of skills such as being able to make quick decisions as well as the ability to sort out issues and resolve them. I have been a member of staff for some small SMP’s as well as other servers which have trained me as well as taught me how to handle certain situations and what actions to take. It also told me how to act with many arguments and how to de-escalate them to resolve the issue.
Out of 10 (with 10 being very knowledgeable), what would you rate your knowledge on Minecraft hacks and cheats, including finding and identifying cheaters?
I would rate myself a 7.5/10, I have a lot of knowledge of what Minecraft hacks are and some easy ways to identify them. I have watched many videos about what certain hacks are, what they include, and some easy ways to identify them. I have a good sense if someone is using hacks compared to other outside features. I am gaining more strength about certain hacks and what are the best ways in order to identify hackers.
