How active can you be per week?
Every day mostly around evening/nighttime. I am very flexible so whatever hours will be needed, I can work.
Specific hours would be:
Mon-Fri: 4pm-3am
Sat-Sun: 2pm-3am
Wednesday is excluded from the “Mon-Fri” though, because I am usually busy from 5pm to 11pm.
Do you have any punishments on our network? If so, please describe your side of story:
I was banned for a while, but it was a false auto clicker ban. I wasn’t sure why for a long time but came to the conclusion that it was from butterfly clicking and drag clicking. I was then unbanned.

I have not. This is my first time.
What do you think your reputation is like within the community?
I’d like to think I have a pretty good reputation!
I wasn’t the most popular person on the server for a while, but over time when I became more active in chat, I’ve become known by many players and even staff. I have made many friends with both people who are well known in the community, and people who aren’t as popular.
I am very active, and actually have pulled multiple all-nighters just hanging out on the KitPVP server. I try to be very nice and positive as well to make even more friends to create a better reputation, but also to create relationships between me and the rest of the server.
I am also very active on the Forums. I am always checking out what people have posted, and post things of my own. Lately I have been posting something I call MunchyMC Player Hunger Games every Monday, which consists of most of my friends and many other players/staff in the community.

Why are you interested in the role and what motivated you to apply?
Minecraft has been my favorite game ever since I was a kid, and servers have always just been the most awesome thing to me. I’ve always wanted to be a staff on a server because I genuinely think I can do well, especially now that I am actually at a competent working age. I have experience in following directions given to me by a supervisor in an actual job and have also moderated a few smaller communities including a big Discord server.
I love to be helpful no matter where I am, or what I’m doing, and being a part of Munchy Staff would be a great way for me to be able to answer questions, give details, and help out both players and fellow staff members. I would also love to moderate chat when it gets a little too toxic or inappropriate, because sadly it happens quite a bit in KitPVP.
I am on Forums multiple times a day and read a LOT of posts even when they aren’t related to Kit, or to Minecraft at all. I would expect that a staff member should know the Forums very well, and should be active on it.
I basically already explained my motivation and interests in why I’m applying, but another big one is just seeing staff have such good connections with the players, but also still doing their jobs accordingly. The Munchy community is one of, if not the best online Minecraft or game community I have ever been a part of.
Out of 10 (with 10 being very knowledgeable), how would you rate your knowledge on moderating a community?
About an 8. I know the basics and the important things to watch out for, and obviously have room for improvement.
For me, a big part of moderating is also moderating the in-game chat. If see a lot of toxicity, or hurtful things being said, and if necessary, I usually punish or warn the way I’m supposed to.
Catching cheaters seems like it could be a challenge sometimes because Ares does such a good job getting rid of them asap. I love a good challenge though 
Out of 10 (with 10 being very knowledgeable), what would you rate your knowledge on Minecraft hacks and cheats, including finding and identifying cheaters?
Probably a 9. I have been playing the game since 2011, so my game knowledge is probably higher than most of the 2022 players. I also am apart of the PVP community and practice/study different ways to PVP, and things like clicking methods.
I feel with that knowledge, I would be able to find people who are cheating.
KillAura: A hack that allows the player to attack others without even looking at their hitbox, or hitting from as far as vanilla minecraft allows.
Autoclicker: its in the name.. but depending on the players cps the knockback given to the player will lessen. (thats how I usually find autoclickers).
Fly: a hack that lets you fly, and fly. It also allows you to fly
BunnyHopping: This hack basically makes it so the player is constantly hopping while running in whatever direction they wanna go. It is extremely hard to hit a BHopper because they just bounce around the screen until you eventually die to them.
Aimbot: Similar to Killaura, Aimbot will allow you to always hit a player. Pretty sure it always auto aims to the players head, and if not, always straight to the players hitbox.
Speed: Literally just speed. It looks super blatant when being used as well, so not very hard to find.
Reach: Allows the player to get a hit in from farther than vanilla Minecraft allows.
Autosoup: Activates soup automatically when player’s health gets to a certain low.
These are all really self-explanatory, but I thought I would just put some of the descriptions coming from my brain in here haha.

I have edited this app quite a bit. Most of the edits are things like added detail, or grammar fixes. I have also been updating it, as some of the questions have answers that can change over time. 
I’ve recently discovered how to do different things to make my app or any posts look better, so a LOT of these edits are things like colors 
. I’m having too much fun decorating
