Why are you interested in the role and what motivated you to apply?
I’ve always enjoyed participating in events, and during those times, I often found myself wanting to help not just as a participant, but as a staff member—someone who supports the community and contributes to making the experience better for others. I’m interested in trying out new things from behind the scenes and assisting hosts to make each event run smoothly and enjoyably. -
Do you have any past experience with plugins such as WorldEdit?
I have some basic knowledge, as I’ve worked on map building in a Gamemaker server before. -
How well can you work with a team in a formal/professional environment?
I’ve previously worked on collaborative animation projects with international teams and have never encountered any problems. I believe I adapt well and communicate efficiently. -

Outside of Minecraft, I work as an instructor. I’m highly confident in my communication and coordination skills, and if selected, I would be more than happy to commit myself fully to this role.
