Don’t get me wrong neon, I like you as a person, it’s just you seem very tryhardy for staff. You also do a lot of things that annoy me regarding how you type which probably heavily affects my rating on your application, but that’s just a personal thing.
You are helpful and nice to people, which is true, but whenever I’ve never seen a person get the slightest bit angry or annoyed at something, I always assume they’re tryharding for staff.

I’d like to clarify that my times I listed that I can be online is the amount of time I can be online after quarantine as well as during quarantine.

Im really sorry, but I might have to give you a -1. You advertised your application, that’s not something a staff member should do. I also recommand you to put more details at wich server you would like to moderate! And don’t make the same mistake I did. It’s not ok to be angry if someone gives you a bad rating. (Im not saying you were angry, im saying to be careful, if you are in a bad mood, you can say stuff you didn’t actually wanted to say.) I can see that you are a nice person, but if you try to hard, it will look like you don’t know how to lose. You will look like you came here believing that you would be accepted at first. That’s not something that fits as a staf member. Try to understand why people gave you a bad rating and fix the problems! And very important, be ready to be denied too! It’s very important to accept when you lose as a staff member! Good luck with your app!

I personally don’t see Staff Application advertising a huge deal - you just should’ve probably asked friends/people you know well.

Even though it has been addressed in the “Staff Application Tips”, that you shouldn’t advertise your application, it’s not bound that everyone is going to look at the “Staff Application Tips” because after all it’s for tips. They should really rename the “Staff Application Tips” to “Staff Application, what to do, what not to do”.

If someone is advertising their application in your private messages, then just ignore them or tell them not to advertise because it can “ruin” your application. If they keep advertising then comment on it.

Anyways I hope you all understood what I said because I basically just woke up (I’m a hardcore ‘forumer’)

Unfortunately, i’m giving a negative rating for the following;

  • I’ve seen you toxic in the past
  • You were asking people to read and comment on your application
  • You’ve asked others to change their ratings

First off, you really shouldn’t be asking others to comment on your application. If you’re active in the community, and ready for staff, others will voluntarily comment on it.

Second off, asking people to change their ratings because you don’t agree is unreasonable. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, and trying to persuade others to change their opinion, for your benefit only, really doesn’t make you look good.

Finally, I have seen you toxic in the past, but I’ll admit that recently you haven’t been all that toxic.
