Every single day without fail i’m getting harassment from the people associated with space, or their alts.
This is Frindlo, Underweightby69, nico7440 (whom has a thread here on forums showing he’s literally brodeur)
Every day they target me because their friends got banned. They do literally anything they can to suck the fun out of the game.
They harass me in chat, they pm insults to me, they watch specifically for me at rushes, I haven’t been outside for a while but if I were to you can bet they would send alts out to attack me. Frindlo keeps setting his login noise to that dog sound, which I’ve complained about numerous times, and asked for a toggle for this to be added numerous times, and he will exploit that to harass me.
I don’t understand it, when these new rules came in… no one is MORE associated with blacklisted players than Frindlo, and literally the only reason he has to play is to gear space alts.
I can’t play the game normally. It makes playing the game frustrating when a guy who’s literally an admitted space alt still isn’t banned 3 days later. I can sit there asking a mod to do something over and over and they won’t even reply, or do anything. edit apparently asking a mod to do something gets you muted. Maybe kitpvp staff who’ve just started playing shouldn’t be given staff on prison when they don’t know what’s going on there.
They are literally only playing to suck the fun of the game and make playing it a chore. Get rid of them.
You can turn off friendly creature sounds in esc>Options…>Music & Sounds…
Shouldn’t take a lot of sounds off of normal gameplay, except the dogs in outside.
I have friendly creatures turned up because that’s the sound that players make. This is extremely useful for knowing if someone is nearby. If you’re outside you can prepare to be attacked, if you’re inside you can prepare to be leeched, or bothered in some other way.
The howl noise was never intended to play right next to the player either. I don’t think it plays at all in vanilla minecraft, although I could be wrong.
This is just a vanity login noise, and there’s no way to get rid of it without disrupting gameplay.
Then make a resource pack with that sound being an empty .ogg file.
Should work for even 1.7 players, as the sounds system got updated last in a snapshot of 1.5 or 1.6.
Players shouldn’t have to go all the struggle to make a custom texture pack because of a annoying login sound, they should add a simple option in /settings to disable or enable to sound depending on your personal preference. Even adding a volume changer for certain sounds instead of fully disabling it could still work out.
It’s actually the other way round, only one player has to do the work and then publish it.
I don’t know how to make an empty .ogg file, so I can’t make this one, but I made one a few months ago, when people complained about snow and ice, where I replied first with a meme. xD
Also texture packs are no longer texture packs since 1.5, but at the time it didn’t change much, except the sounds system, the change came with 1.8, where models can be altered in the hand and in the world.
So the only people still saying texture pack to something that is not altering or is not solely altering textures are stuck beyond 1.7, they are stuck at 1.4.7. (I saw a 1.4.7 server, when 1.7 came out)
I used to play prison, but I quit faster than you can say toaster. The reason for this is because it was overly toxic. I hate to say this, but munchymc prisons if the most toxic prison server I have ever been on. And I have been on countless prison servers… You got some serious patience if you are still playing this or prison server tbh. What prison does is it takes in normally friendly players and turns them into toxic monsters if you aren’t extremely resilient. That very process started happening to me so I left munchy’s prison less than an hour after I realized that.
Are you saying toaster so slow, that you are not finished in an hour?
I believe [redacted] was also very toxic 2 years ago. It had 500 players playing on 12 proxy servers.
Now it’s dead at 30 players at peak german hours of 2-6 pm.
The story started with 2 youtubers, they brought population and lagg (cactus farms) and ended with toxic 70 creeper spawn eggs griefing their base.
It’s possible that toxicity lies in the US american nature.

It’s a custom items faction server with leveling and skill point systems, that separates the high level players from the noobs in the pvp area, where you can find rare items. You can make a base in a plot, that can be raided from the side lines, therefore finding a raid is as good as tinder in spectator mode.

You should’ve handled this differently. I’d have recommended just contacting a staff member and tell them about your situation. Not make a public forum post that everyone can see. As for prison being toxic, again, contact a staff member. These are people who can deal with these situations and resolve positive outcomes with this. The public did not need to know about this.
