Hey hey, Gamemaker nation! We had a busy month this time around didn’t we?
I. Makeathon
That’s right, in January it was announced that there was going to be our first ever Makeathon by our very own DutchMTC, and boy was it a great one! For a whole 24 hours, February 1st to 2nd, the competition was on non-stop to create a working Gamemaker map for the theme, Minigames! The community came together in teams to create their maps, and excitement was all around during this period. But eventually, the competition had to come to a close. Now, let’s take a recap of those Makeathon winners!
In 3rd place, we had, by cat_prosperina, samlou_, sosofyo, and playtimeisover…
Wool Wars! 104.05/120 Points!
In 2nd place, we had, by KoszeTrawe, Cosmic_Star_158, LittleBoomer666, and AntiSkeppy…

JUNGLE WALLS! 111.2 Points!
All participants of this competition received a 
tag as a prize for joining, where the top three winners received wonderful bounties of cakes on top! The 1st place winners even received the elusive 
tag!
This Makeathon was only the first of hopefully many to come, it was wonderful to see the community get together and all work towards this first event. It sure was exciting to see the tab full of Maker+ tags while everyone was hard at work building and coding! Many thanks to all who joined, and we hope to see you again next time!
II. Featured Map
And for this month, the featured map chosen is Digging Simulator created by KoszeTrawe!
This map sure speaks for itself, but it’s a pretty solid and fleshed out sim! And I know how the GM community loves to flock to simulator maps, whether idle or active sims. Next time you’re on Gamemaker, come check this map out and have some fun, dig and upgrade your tools, and see how far down you can get before the mine collapses!

Map 11’s Release: Just a Few More Days Left… 
That’s right: a couple of days ago, the release date was revealed! On the 2025-03-08T20:00:00Z, you may all hop on Prison to discover the newest map you’ve all been waiting for…
In case you’ve missed the previous posts about Map 10 (Sneak Peak 1, Sneak Peak 2 and THE release update), here are a few things you should know about what’s coming next week…

Map 11’s theme and its entire inside map will be based on the Good VS Evil concept.

The four outside worlds will have their very own set of custom mobs and rares: Earth
(Earth Rares), Heaven 
(Angelic Rares), Hell 
(Demonic Rares) and Space 
(Jedi Rares and Sith Rares)! -
Additionally, the Hell outside world only has a 1/8 chance to open every hour, but, on the other hand, the Space one will only be available when Legendaries (45 minutes), Mythicals (3 hours) or Extincts(9 hours) are found.

A new type of rare has been added: the Vote Rares!

Hello people of survival (and the rest of the server)! Time flies and february is already over! Lets look at what happened this month, shall we?
I. Cupid
On february the 14th, it was valentine’s day again! To celebrate and give you the option to show some love to your lovebird, RossRao added an NPC that granted you many sweet things such as “Cupid’s Love Boxes” which you could gift to your spouse. Inside the boxes were cool valentine decorations created by Quuacky. You could also buy these decorations separately.
II. Valentine’s day treasure hunt
Also in light of valentine’s day, the one and only Cinderace hosted one of their famous treasure hunts, this time in valentine’s style. Across spawn, several heads were hidden, each accompanied by a sign with cords on them. The cords lead to a special location where lodestone compasses were hidden. These compasses lead to a giant heart made out of gold worth as much as 36k! Apart from the riches claimed by the winners, the people who found the heads at spawn first also were rewarded with some championship keys.
III. Ticket Bundles
This month also saw the addition of Ticket Bundles, these bundles are obtained by voting and come in 2 categories: Item Ticket Bundles and Gold Ticket Bundles. Each bundle is soul-bound and gives you free tickets to the gold/item lottery that is running at that moment.

Community Art Highlights! 
Hello what a lovely month it has been! Starboard has been a bit empty this month so I want to bring special attention to one particular art piece made by a dear friend of mine.
