Hey Munchies! Build Team Management is looking for a couple more players to join the Build Team.

This post will inform you on how to apply for the Official Build Team on MunchyMC. Our build team creates maps for Munchy’s current and future servers and game modes. As a builder you will have access to Munchy’s exclusive build server, where the team works on projects together. Please take the time to read the entire post before writing your application.

Please Read

We are looking exclusively for experienced builders who can create large, high quality maps using modern world-edit and creative building techniques. Your portfolio must clearly show these skills, or your application cannot be considered.

Applications consisting of pixel art and survival builds only will not be accepted. Try to use the maps you see on our servers as a basis for what we’re looking for - they were all built by our team.

Getting Started

  • Create a new topic right in the Build Team - “Open” section
  • Title your topic as follows - [Your username]'s Build Team Application
  • Copy and paste the questions below into your new topic. Keep question bold and your answers in normal text. Answer the questions thoroughly and completely.

You must follow the format when creating your application, and provide sufficient proof of ownership for all claims that you make! Any fraudulent screenshots or claims you make will result in the denial of your application.

If your Build Application is denied, don’t worry! We leave helpful feedback which can lead to a better application the next time you apply. If your application is denied, you must wait until the following month before applying again.

Hey there, @Scutel!

To make a portfolio, you need builds! Once you take screenshots of your builds, I recommend using Imgur or Crevado! Upload your builds and then link it to your application!

The closing date haven’t been disclosed, but since they have been opened for a while now I’m sure you still have at least a few weeks to apply!

But again, since no date have been disclosed I would wait too much either!

Hi Can i apply to MunchyMc build team? I am very talented in building i have built on my own server, cheat pixel and have won a couple building competitions! I think getting me as a builder would be a hood addition to the team as I can build very precise and can improve current builds if you want! I can do many many more too!

There is no requirement per say, but to be on the forums you need to be 13 or older so basically in a sense, 13 is the age requirement.

Staff apps will end around early January, event tends to be seasonal, and Builder is open year round

no you won’t and you’ll probably will be banned until your birthday

Also, did you delete my reply application? It would make it a lot easier if I could copy and paste my application over, but I can’t find the reply now. It took about a half hour to fill out and I put a lot of effort in that. It would be hard to redo the application.
