I think the only reason I’m kinda known is because I’ve drawn art for people within this community a lot so yea… maybe if you have a talent use it, music, art, good at video games whatever it is try to do something with it to get involved with the community.
That’s all I have, sorry if I’m no good at advice…

Also yeah I agree a lot with RossRao. You’ll meet a lot of new people on TS. Only problem is… you have to ask to join people’s rooms and that is EXTREMELY scary for me anyway because I am not brave at all.
How I did it was just kept playing (woolwars) and set up an event server (which is now deleted, may it REST IN PEACE.) where many apapapas joined.
Kitpvp is more difficult in my opinion. I can’t really tell you how to become known on there because I’m still kind of a random. …though I am truced with a some good players.
On survival just play a lot, talk in chats, get a lot of gold, I assume this’ll get you somewhat known on there.

Okay, let’s be completely honest, in game, press tab, what is the first thing we notice? It’s the ranks and colours. Should you really want to start standing out to others I would suggest even just buying a monthly rank of VIP. The difference between having no rank vs SOME sort of rank is astonishing. As much as we would like to accept people independent of their ranks, we do have the unfortunate truth of the fact that you just don’t get noticed as much without one.
I’m not saying ranks are the be all end all of being noticed in the community or getting promoted but it certainly does help.

To add a little to that, personally it’s because colors are catchy
I really try to read the chat entirely but I get spammed super easily, especially on survival for example where everyone is chatty
So yeah… Having colors in your name, or a long and colorful tag really helps to catch the eye of people and being noticed

The Munchy community is pretty active so lots and lots of the applications are very competitive. Don’t be too disheartened that you didn’t make it this time, you can always try again and might have better luck next time!
It can be hard to stand out, but if you want to become more well known by the staff team then often just regularly saying hi to them when you see them can go a long way. Like the others have said, teamspeak or discord can also be a good way to get to know people, as are in game clans, etc. Hosting or helping organise some community things can be a good thing too!
You don’t need a rank to become part of a team 
While a lot of active players do have them, they’re not required in any way, shape or form. I actually first got helper without any kind of rank on the server.

A great way to get more known is to be outgoing and friendly. it was SUPER hard for me to start talking and being myself because i struggle with extreme social anxiety, but once you start talking a lot and being outgoing you will be “more known.” you could also try being more involved in the community by hosting events of some sort!

Be active in chat, help others, don’t be a tryhard. Also in survival just buy month legend and use your color code to its full potential.

Contrary to a couple of the things said above, I didn’t have a rank nor did I use TeamSpeak prior to joining the event team (you already have legend so the rank part wouldn’t have been an issue though xD). I was also denied the first time for a similar reason but if you show that you are dedicated and try your best to improve then your chances will likely increase by a lot, the way I improved was by increasing my in-game activity a bit and being much more active on the forums and discord while trying to be as helpful and kind as I could on those 3. In my opinion lots of people are familiar with you but it’s not just about building a reputation, it’s about building a good one. The event members have special permissions that can easily harm the server if abused, you need to show that you’re good-hearted, mature, and responsible enough to represent the event team and have these permissions entrusted to you. All of the active discord users know of you, but unfortunately there’s not many kit players there.
As mentioned above, make loads of friends. Talking to someone once is good, but making friends with other active members is a surefire way to become well known :]

Uhhhh… I can only speak for Woolwars on this one, I think i only got well known because I made friends who introduced me to other people who I’m now friends with. Also being decent at the game helped xD.
But yeah, mainly cause I know alot of people on Woolwars.

I wouldnt stress yourself about it. Just try to chill out and have genuine fun with friends without putting that pressure on yourself to be more well known, because it’s not exactly something with a definitive method to achieving.
Sounds like this is just self doubt. I guarantee people notice you all the time, I recognize your name even though I dont think I’ve ever talked to you!
It can be hard to manage if you try to be constantly active on every platform Munchy has, you can just try to find your niche. Continuing to be a friendly and outgoing face can go a long way. (I wouldn’t call myself very well known, but I do try my best to be active and it feels very nice when somebody says hi to me c:)

I believe things like rank and tags make you more memorable but I don’t think they are necessary to become well known. If you play kitpvp Im on alot and I’d love to be friends with you!!!
