So uhm kybz/kyber is cool ig this application looks clean and I really liked how you talked about ur mistakes in the past and stuff. But I am giving a .4 only because I never see you help anybody in surv chat. I know you are active and welcome some people and stuff but if I really wanted to be honest I do not think you are fit for jmod.

So I guess I will end this bad grammar reply with a good luck and a .5 and I only added it up to a .5 bc I think you have a cool voice!

Thanks for the feedback Scop! Yeah I need to work on helping out in chat more, and whenever I do help itā€™s nearly always in DMs so thatā€™s not doing me any favors. All things to keep in mind, thank you :D

Thank you for applying! Unfortunately youā€™ve not been successful this time. Iā€™d love to see you work on building up a solid, reliable reputation on the server, and navigating a bit more gracefully through disagreements and more difficult situations. You have made some fantastic contributions to the server, so best of luck for any future applications you make.

I also wanted to take a moment here to say that I am disappointed about the way multiple people chose to act in the comments of this app. Feedback on apps is encouraged to give the community a chance to share constructive information and comments about their thoughts on someoneā€™s suitability for staff, not insult, harass and accuse people. I want to be very clear that the inappropriate comments made absolutely no impact on the decision about this app. It is also highly inappropriate to attempt to guilt trip or manipulate me into denying someone by saying that the staff team is corrupt if they are accepted, or that accepting a certain candidate would lower the standards for the team overall. Do better.
