Thank you first of all 
YouTube is just a hobby, so I do it whenever I feel like it. I spend a lot of time working on school essays/assignments. I can’t upload weekly, on an average video I spend like 3/5 hours. In that time I can work on an essay (what I normally do). In the last 11 months I made 35 videos, I think that’s a lot if you look at the hours I spend in it. I can upload every day if I want to, but I only upload (what I think are) quality videos.

Hey i never said we are all perfect. However, typically for somebody below the requirements to be accepted they would have to be a growing channel. But in order to have a growing channel you need to upload consistently. it doesnt have to be daily, but a weekly video would surely help you move along in having a growing channel. there are people who are putting in the daily grind but dont meet the requirements who also dont have the rank.
putting it in the aspect of 11 months - 35 videos also isnt completely resembling of your overall channel, because over the past 6 months, you have uploaded a total of 7 videos

Although he doesn’t meet the requirements(which he said), he is the only one out there on the grind on Woolwars for YT Content. He deserves this role and would be a great media member! Plus, it would help grow his channel!
