Imo, Munchy doesnt hit as hard anymore. There are a very little amount of OG players that still play Munchy. Since my opinion doesnt matter as I have a love for bridging fast, you have probally heard it from others

Honestly, it depends on who you ask but for me Og is if you joined the server before mid 2020, i would recommend playing again, however just be mindful there will be a lot of new faces and you will need to slowly transition into friendships with those whom you were previously friends with.
