People can get a shop in the mall then put chests and claim them so the next person who buys the shop will have this chest that’s just stuck there. There should be a way to prevent this or at least something saying “do not claim chests”.

this is a well known bug or glitch in the mall they’re most likely working on it. 
Someone should buy shops, put protected chests at the entrance to block people of coming in and then put some blocks in the back making people want to have that shop.
