Are Alt accounts allowed if you are banned?

Hey ItsAyansito!

We allow you to play on an alt account as long as you are not rule breaking on the new account.

Of course blacklists and more severe cases are not included in this rule, but if you simply had a cheating ban your new account will not be banned due to being an alt.
