Teamspeak is a prerequisite, meaning that in order to apply you must have it downloaded

All in all, this application for lack of a better term, isn’t very good. Work on adding more detail, getting to know the community, fixing your spelling, grammar and punctuation mistakes, fixing your formatting (For example, for some questions you need to put a space between the asterisks and your response to the questions) and getting to know the game mode you are applying moderating better.

Also, these are things to work on, not reasons that you shouldn’t become a staff member. Work towards these things instead of simply taking it as you not being qualified enough.
