First thing’s first, I checked your stats and noticed you have a total of 10 games. Not saying you have to have a certain number of games played to be considered, but that’s pretty low for someone applying for staff.

??? Being staff beings having at least a reputation in the community. Sometimes good, sometimes bad, but something should be there. This is telling me you don’t spend enough time on WW to know the people in the community you want to moderate.

Being staff isn’t just a title you know. It’s a commitment to deal with stressful situations and to help others in time of needs. You should definitely consider how much time and effort it takes going into a position before you apply for it.

I don’t think you’re ready. You seem to be young and not really understand what happens as a mod. Maybe next app season you can play more WW (or another server, hint hint survival hint hint) and then feel more ready and have a steadier reputation with others.
Thank you for your feedback and you are right I do not spend as much time as I want on the server. I also understand staff isn’t a title and it is mostly about helping people and that is what I believe I am good at!
