Have you applied for a role on Munchy before? If so, please explain the steps you have taken to improve as an applicant since your last application:
I have applied for Media, I haven’t got accepted yet, but I have been very dedicated to getting accepted (applied 5 times lol!) and always building on the feedback so I know what I am doing wrong. I don’t think I have really applied for anything else. The first time I applied I got declined due to immaturity and view count. Over the past year I’ve been applying I think I have DEFINITELY worked on that becoming way more mature than I was before. I then got declined for not streaming so I streamed every event I played in!
What do you think your reputation is like within the community?
Pretty Good I would say, I have nothing against anyone. So no one really hates me or anything. I’m also a member of hnm! I’m a friendly guy always helping people in the community who ask questions so yeah my reputation is pretty good among bbh, the admins and the players.
Why are you interested in the role and what motivated you to apply?
I’m interested in the role as I would love to become involved in Gamemaker it seems a cool idea and really fun and would love to share and moderate creations with the community :) it seems like something I would play normally and probably create content on there (I have one in mind). Furthermore I would love to know and be recognised in the community more than I have been already!
I will be very active on the gamemaker community if I get accepted, constantly making maps better and better!
Out of 10 (with 10 being very knowledgeable), how would you rate your knowledge on moderating a community?
9 - I have moderated many community before including jevents (averages 30 ppl) and my own discord and mc server! But I still have things to learn. I have banned people for hacking before and warned and muted people for spamming excessively and begging for ranks. In my discord I have banned people for racism and nsfw advertisement.
I have been active on my discord answering tickets not long after they are opened. I have been always responding to pings and questions checking it quite frequently. I have dealt with raids etc and always help preppie in need of help.
I also host events meaning I have to deal with people messaging me constantly about them dying unfairly and I would sort this out in a fair way. I have also dealt with people hating on my events so I have experience.
Out of 10 (with 10 being very knowledgeable), what would you rate your knowledge on MunchyMC’s GameMaker?
Probably a 7, but it encourages me to want to know more. Last event I did in fact play the games such as infection and red vs blue and found them really fun. I have also player badboyhalofan parkour which was torture!
really hope i will get accepted as I would love to be part of the gamemaker community!
