What do you think your reputation is like within the community?
I have to say, I don’t really have much of a reputation on the server. Most people probably just see me as a regular player because I haven’t talked to many of them. I usually keep to myself and play on my own, so I guess I’m not very well known. But I’m sure I haven’t been unfriendly to anyone or caused any problems. I always try to be nice and respectful when I do talk to others. As far as I know, I haven’t had any issues with anyone in the community, and I want to keep it that way. Even though I might not be well known, I’m happy to help and be a good member of the server whenever I can. -
Why are you interested in the role and what motivated you to apply?
I’ve always wanted to host events in Minecraft. The first time I ever ran an event was back when I played on Roblox, on some Emergency Response Liberty County private servers where I was a moderator. They let us organize events to keep the community happy and entertained, and I really enjoyed doing them. But the thing is, Roblox isn’t Minecraft. Events on Roblox are pretty limited because it’s hard to come up with new ideas. In Minecraft, though, you can create almost any kind of event you want, you just need some creativity.
I wanted to host events so much that even on a survival server I like to play on, I organized some Hunger Games events and many build battle events. I also hosted some 8 Corners events. So, if I had to say what motivated me to apply, it’s that I really love creating fun experiences for the community and sharing my creativity with others. -
Do you have any past experience with plugins such as WorldEdit?
Yeah, I’ve used a lot of plugins like WorldEdit because I enjoy playing with my friends on Aternos, where there are many interesting and useful plugins available. Even though I know how to use WorldEdit, I wouldn’t say I’m a master at it since I haven’t needed it much. However, I know the basics, and mastering WorldEdit wouldn’t be a problem for me because I learn quickly. On the other hand, I’m not familiar with WorldGuard. -
How well can you work with a team in a formal/professional environment?
To be fair, I work best alone, but working with a team wouldn’t be a problem as long as I’m respected as a team member. I also wouldn’t mind making some friends along the way. I always listen carefully to feedback, try to improve, fix my mistakes, and respect others, even if I don’t always agree with them. Working in a team wouldn’t be an issue for me, in fact, I’d love the opportunity to be part of one. -
Anything you want to add?:
I get that you might not usually want to accept 16 year olds on the team, but honestly, even though I’m 16, I’ve got a mindset and skills that some older people don’t. I’m super hardworking and I don’t quit easily. When I mess up, I don’t get down, I just see it as a chance to learn and get better. I’m always trying to improve and do my best. I really think I could be a big help to the hosts and the team, and I’m excited to be part of something cool with everyone.
