When can you be available to help with event duties each week?
Throughout the week (Monday - Friday), I am consistently available after 4:50 pm. Weekends are inconsistent with my work schedule, so availability will change week to week. -
What do you think your reputation is like within the community?
I believe I come across as someone who is trustworthy, respectable, and very supportive. While interacting in public chats, I make an effort to maintain a positive attitude and help others when needed. Based on the interactions I’ve had with others, overall, I think I come across someone who is dependable and respected inside MunchyMC’s community. -
Why are you interested in the role and what motivated you to apply?
I have been a MunchyMC enjoyer since 2020 and have been an active member of KitPVP and Woolwars in the past. Most recently, I have been enjoying my time on Survival and trying to figure out Gamemaker! Throughout my time on the server, I’ve had the pleasure of attending events hosted by staff members and the event team. My motive for applying for this role is to provide players with the same experience that I had and strive to improve it. -
Do you have any past experience with plugins such as WorldEdit?
I have a fundamental understanding of WorldEdit through personal use in singleplayer worlds as well as some experience on servers. Once I get around to using it more regularly I will be quick and efficient to learning more advanced parts of this plugin. -
How well can you work with a team in a formal/professional environment?
I have a lot of valuable experience working with and in teams. One thing I am actively developing every day in those teams is the skill of patience. I am eager to reach the quick and efficient product, but I am learning to consider the potential of taking ideas and developing the product to be more fruitful. Communication is something I value greatly and what I would consider my strongest skill. I value communication because it is necessary within teams, as it can lead to better trust, productivity, and efficiency. -
