How often can you host events:
I think that to become a good Event Team member is to have a schedule to when events should be hosted. Just like in Prison, Prison Break is hosted once an hour. I feel that due to the growing population of the server, it is good to have a schedule such as this. I would do Events every 10-40 minutes. Another part of being a good Event Team Member is to listen to the players! As a player, I sometimes get bored of the overall fighting on KitPVP (even though that is the point). Every so often, players ask for events outside of the schedule of Event hosting, so I think as a member of the Event Team you should be willing to bend the normal schedule to fit in the happiness and pleasure of players.
What sets you apart from other applicants:
I think that I am very mature! When I am in game, I strive to never be toxic or mean to other players. As an member of the Event Team, you need to learn how to listen and help players. I also enjoy exceeding the standards of requirement. I pride myself on never giving up!
What can you bring to MunchyMC as an Event Member:
I think I can help the community become more unique and fun. I feel that a few event members like @Liamtheblueninja and @Mboscolo like to experiment with the different events, making it more fun for the players. I would like to try and experiment as well to try and make every event different from the last. As an Event member, learning to please the players is my goal!
Give us one or more examples of an Event Member(s) doing something positive (I.E. Hosting an event when you asked, allowing you to become the slayer in RR, etc.):
I have noticed that @Mboscolo hosts events when players ask. It is really fun to play with him as he is very interactive with the players! He listens to every one of them and hosts frequent events.
@Liamtheblueninja, oh man, where do I start! @Liamtheblueninja is a very kind Event Team member, as he messages people who have any questions or comments. He listens to the players and hosts events that most players ask for! He also acts as a staff member, going around and helping players in need. When I ask if someone is hacking, he always checks and never get annoyed when I message him. I can only dream of being such an interactive and nice Event Team member.
Both of these Event members are very active with players (which I believe I have already mentioned), which I think is a big part of becoming a good Event Team member!

Edit- I am going to work more on my activity on KitPVP. Since winter break has ended and I have dealt with some irl things, I will be back on my normal schedule.
I won’t be on 24/7, but I can play a lot on the weekends.
