I use Paint v.4.3 (a classic) to create both my Skins + TP
though I can use Photoshop if totally needed
Speciality in creating:
I do a lot of Edits, like Default edit, Faithful edits etc. but im flexible and It would be possible for me to create other TP. In Skins I usually do every kind of Skins, Human (Female,Male etc.), Animals and others.
