So I was wondering if someone can not speak, not because of the microphone or other issues, but because they actually cant due to mutism. Lets say, they speak flawless english (via text), very friendly and could help the community a lot, but they are mute, could they get accepted?

Of course! It would be very silly if we did not allow that! All that matters is that we have a way of communicating with you and that you can work well with our team. If you give the staff managers a heads up after you get accepted, they can set up a special interview to accommodate your needs.
