i get that he needs to do this but i have no way of contacting him since nobody knows him
i think the easiest thing to do is just to unban him? i mean it’s clearly false

Though he might not look to have been cheating, you don’t know what he was banned for and it’s likely not false. If he believes the ban was unfair he can appeal it himself.
