give purgatory players 4 logs added to what they have now so they dont have to die constantly to get their pick back, a water bucket or 2 so we can mlg water if we get flung in the air, and maybe more food?

yea bro i can just not get banned by an anticheat which i totally control myself, ngl u might be able to compete with einstein
yes but if some1 launches us in the air we either die or lose 2 steak if we fall back where we got flung up (since its like 15-20 blocks high), then certain ppl target others making it impossible to get 10 blocks out of the spawn region, with iron being extremely rare that means no water buckets or armor

kinda hard to do that bc if u set it too close to spawn then some1 will just become and adventurer and break it but by the time u can get to a safe spot ppl have a good shot to either kill u or reset ur progress

k but the amount of falsebans is huge for ares and if falsebanned players dont know about the forums and appealing they would just quit after not being able to do anything to save themselves even if they were the best mc player (balanced in everything) and would quit making the player count drop
how about you become a developer and “fix” the anticheat then
also, let me just say that the vast majority of bans are correct. i’ve seen many many people who say “WHY DID I GET BANNED” while LITERALLY flying in purgatory.
Also, if the banned players would read the signs/ the banned book, they could find out about appealing.
Many of my friends have been false banned before and were quickly unbanned via appeal or admin.
think of it this way - no anticheat is flawless. False bans will happen, but there are many ways to be unbanned if it is false. I tell this to people all the time - when you hear the anvils, open f3 and take a screenshot and send it in your appeal.
What vurm said is true… so I don’t have to keep talking about it. but at least people don’t use blatant free clients and cheat for days like on… some other server.

For the most part, false bans by Ares are pretty scarce. That being said, no anti-cheat is perfect. However, they’re probably working on the false bans.
When you get banned, I’m pretty sure there are signs that tell you how you can appeal your ban. And for those who still don’t know, there will usually be a few people online that help them!
Also in case you want to appeal, you can make one here if you haven’t already. Just make you’re logged in to the website.
