Maybe you could add a rare chest that gets hidden somewhere in each map that carries an exclusive item. Like maybe an enderpearl that has unlimited uses. But then this could lead to certain things being too OP. But it still can work.

It should also change the current kit to enderman, so no additional kit effects apply.
So first of all, there would obviously be More exclusive items you could be able to get.
Second, the exclusive chest would be like any other chest, but with the twist of it being rare and it carrying a good item for the players that gets it. So the gameplay would not change at all, just it having the addition of the chest.
