The idea is a crate item that is able to turn bedrock into unbreakable glass, you click the top bedrock with the item and that bedrock and all the bedrock below it will turn into a glass that can’t break (also the crate item ONLY works on claims), you are probably asking “Why do anyone need this” Great question, there are 2 uses for this, 1: for builders to build cool glass floors that have the void under them, 2: for invis mapart, doing invis mapart is pretty tricky because you need to build a plot in the end and can’t claim it so ppl might grief it and it will be reset and you need to build a new one over and over ever reset, so it would make doing invis mapart more easy and this will allow people without alot of time to do mapart to be able to make a invis mapart because you kinda only got 2 weeks to make one or all your progress will be reset andddddddd that all folks
That literally just makes all bedrock in the chunks that you’ve loaded concert immediately to glass which would lag tremendously and most likely crash the server though
Also like as for the end thing I don’t think enough people really go deep in the end enough anymore to grief stuff, like fly with an elytra a couple of thousand blocks and you’re good
well, when i mean bedrock below it, i meant it would just go down in a row not all bedrocks in the chuncks, kinda like this
I wouldn’t mind seeing this gadget existing but it would only really have a use for map arts (which is kind of niche). I assume not a lot of people have their bases at the very bottom of the world.
Overall, I don’t think that ability suits a gadget…
well maybe some builders would want to build down there and stuff bc the crate item
This means mining big chunks out which not too many people are too fond of besides vivivn before she quit !
some builders prob willing to do it to make a cool base and there is always the mining drills thing (i forgot the name of it but you get it if you get miner class)
Well yeah some builders but gadgets are supposed to really benefit anyone who gets them usually, it’s why people pay for crates so getting this without being a builder is gonna be non optimal for the majority of the player base ya know?
I haven’t been on survival in like a month so maybe there’s a big portion that wants this but I’m just judging from my prior experience on here
This item would be cool as a buyable item from Dilbert or something, rather than a crate gadget. I’m not sure how it would work, but maybe you could right-click it to open a GUI menu, and whatever block you select would automatically become transparent on the actual map itself. I don’t know—it’s late. (one time use)
