if yall think batman’s rich ass can beat spiderman yall are DUMB. spiderman can literally kill a man with one punch. watch the big fight from captain america: civil war - dude literally lifted part of an airport. He literally has stark tech which is ten times more advanced than wayne tech.
Only thing setting spiderman back is he doesnt kill, yet the same applies to batman, so there’s no reason for mr parker to not beat batman’s ass.

Batman is nothing in comparison to Spiderman.

You do know Batman has the iq of 192 which is higher then albert Einsteins, also fun fact your referencing 2 different Spider-Man comic and mcu and yeah the mcu held 2 airports together but Batman can throw batarangs so fast it can hit missiles out of mid air, also Batman has lifted giant poles weighing 800 pounds and has lifted grundy who weighs around 500 pounds with 1 hand. Using this I can conclude if Batman dodges if Spider-Man tries to kick swing or swing and punch into him because Spider-Man works a lot of momentum Batman could dodge it and deliver a massive blow, however if he doesn’t want to dodge and punch since he has hit missiles with a batarang before he could hit Spider-Man out of mid air. It is estimated Batman hits like a sledgehammer at half his full force and it is known he 1 shorted metallo and killer croc and he has cracked bazooka proof glass. ALSO ahi’s armor could survive a 12 guage shot gun at short range and it depends what Spider-Man suit but your saying stark tech suit currently so let’s work off that. At the time of civil war since your referring to that suit iron man’s suit wasn’t resistant to ant man so Batman could deliver microbes into the suit or deliver a static shot with his emp rifle which literally disabled technology so I highly doubt starts suit would be of use. Apologies for nerding out but this is nothing compared to my love of Ironman, venom, moonknight, daredevil, the flash, taskmaster, night thrasher, or doctor doom XD.
