Absolutely agree with this Scop. If the only reason you’re playing Munchy is to get (or maintain, like I did) a staff position then you should probably stop aiming for staff
Also, I think the reason staff are so unmotivated to play is because, well, they don’t have anything to moderate. If Munchy is ever revived (something looking more and more unlikely by the day) I imagine quite a few people will come back. This is also why no new staff members are being recruited. What’s the point?
