They’re both good in different scenarios though.
If I’m hungry and I want some real food to eat, I’m gonna eat lasagna
If I want a snack I’ll get a muffin w/ some butter

Muffins are just part-raised flatbread that is baked and then cooked on a griddle (typically unsweetened) and a cupcake-like quickbread (often sweetened) that is chemically leavened and then baked in a mold???
